Black Label Built is hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly alongside ownership and leadership. This role is for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and knows how to get things done without being asked twice.

This is not a traditional admin job. This is a right-hand role built for someone who anticipates needs, protects time, and keeps the business moving forward before issues ever arise.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Acting as the first point of contact for ownership
  • Managing inboxes, emails, calendars, and priorities
  • Scheduling meetings, travel, trips, and logistics
  • Tracking follow-ups, deadlines, and action items
  • Coordinating internal and external communication
  • Keeping systems, documents, and information organized
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Supporting “any and everything” ownership needs to stay focused on growth

This role requires initiative, foresight, and follow-through—not micromanagement.

Compensation

$22–$32/hr, depending on experience and capability
