What This Role Looks Like

You’ll be running jobs — not just showing up to install.

  • Own the project from layout to final walkthrough

  • Build high-quality decks (framing, decking, stairs, rail — done right)

  • Lead a small crew and set the standard on site

  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and the PM

  • Stay ahead of problems and keep the job moving
