Lead Hand – Outdoor Construction

Overview

Black Label Built is hiring a Lead Hand to support residential outdoor construction projects including decks, patios, and custom outdoor structures. This is a hands-on field role working alongside experienced builders.

Location: Lincoln, NE
Pay: $20–$23 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist in construction of decks and outdoor living structures
  • Measure, cut, and assemble building materials
  • Operate hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Support lead builders and follow daily job direction
  • Assist with loading, staging, and material handling

Qualifications

  • Construction experience helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn and follow direction
  • Ability to perform physical labor (up to 75 lbs)
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
