The Job (Straight Up)
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable guy to join our jobsite crew and help our builders get projects done right.
No, you don’t need to be a master carpenter on day one—
but you DO need to show up, work hard, and want to learn.
You’ll be learning from experienced builders who actually know what they’re doing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build Stuff
- Help construct decks, patios, and outdoor structures
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials
- Work with wood, composite, steel, and whatever the build calls for
Keep the Jobsite Moving
- Set up tools/materials each morning
- Clean up and break down daily
- Keep the site organized and professional
Tools + Materials
- Use hand tools and power tools (we’ll teach you)
- Move materials safely and efficiently
- Let the team know when supplies are running low
Safety First
- Follow safety rules and wear PPE
- Help keep the crew safe and the job running smooth
Be a Solid Teammate
- Work with the crew to hit deadlines and knock out goals
- Take direction from the lead hand
- Bring good energy and help keep the team dialed in
What We’re Looking For
Construction/carpentry experience is a plus (but not required)
You know your way around basic tools (or you’re ready to learn)
You can lift 75 lbs and handle physical work
Good attitude, coachable, and reliable
Shows up on time—every day
Driver’s license + reliable transportation
Pay + Perks
$20–$23/hour
