Project Management Coordinator
Overview
Black Label Built is hiring a Project Management Coordinator to support project execution across residential outdoor construction projects.
This role focuses on organization, scheduling, documentation, and communication to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with the Project Manager and production team to keep jobs organized, on track, and well-communicated.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour DOE

Responsibilities
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries
- Maintain project files, permits, selections, and change orders
- Track job progress and ensure updates are documented accurately
- Communicate project updates to homeowners and internal teams
- Identify and help resolve scheduling or coordination issues
- Support the Project Manager with daily coordination tasks
- Ensure materials and selections are ordered on time
- Maintain organization across active projects

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable using software systems and digital workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Team-oriented mindset with low ego approach
- Construction or project coordination experience preferred (not required)
