Black Label Built isn’t a volume builder. We design and construct high-end outdoor living environments—custom decks, patios, covered porches, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and full backyard transformations that stop people in their tracks.
We’re building an elite in-house sales team, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Consultant who knows how to guide homeowners through meaningful, high-investment decisions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. This role is for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to sell something they’re genuinely proud of.
This position mirrors our Outside Sales Consultant role in expectations, polish, and earning potential—but is based internally with more structure, tools, and support. You’ll earn a $40,000 base salary, plus 3% commission on sales up to $1,000,000 annually, increasing to 6% beyond $1,000,000, with progressive payouts for top performers who consistently deliver.

You’re a Fit If You…
- Have 3–5 years of experience in consultative, in-home, or construction-related sales.
- Know how to manage inbound opportunities without letting leads fall through the cracks.
- Understand outdoor construction fundamentals—materials, framing, timelines, and code considerations.
- Can confidently explain value, pricing, and design choices for high-end projects.
- Thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment with clear expectations.
- Carry yourself professionally and take pride in being prepared, organized, and consistent.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and assigned leads from first conversation to signed contract.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-office consultations with homeowners.
- Qualify prospects based on budget, scope, and project alignment.
- Present design renderings, digital portfolios, and detailed proposals with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales, design, estimating, and production teams.
- Track pipeline activity, follow-ups, and performance metrics in our CRM.
